The VitaGlow Method
VitaGlow facials work with the skin and the nervous system.
This approach is rooted in somatic touch, supporting the release of stored tension and emotion held in the body, which can influence how the skin behaves, heals, and responds to care.
Sessions are slow, intentional, and guided by the body rather than a fixed routine. Some people experience deep relaxation, others notice emotional shifts, and many simply feel more settled and present afterwards.
As the body settles, emotions may surface, sometimes as tears. This is a completely natural response as the body relaxes and lets go. You’ll be fully supported and there’s no need to hold anything back.

Hopi Ear Candling

An ancient therapy using candles made from linen. The candles create a mild suction which massages the eardrum as well as drawing impurities out of the ear. Great for vertigo, tinnitus and migraine sufferers.

Myofascial Cupping Therapy
A therapy that involves the application of decompressed cups on the skin to create a vacuum effect that lifts underlying connective tissues (Fascia) and Muscles. Increasing blood flow, reducing tension, pain and tenderness of the muscles and increases lymphatic drainage.
Includes targeted cupping to release deeper muscular tension and stubborn tight spots that hands alone can’t always shift.

Available to add to both treatments. A natural emollient, paraffin wax helps to make the skin supple and soft. Will continue to boost moisture levels in the skin even after the treatment.
